Cancellation and No-Show Policy


At Chandler & Hall, we understand that sometimes you need to cancel or rearrange your planned appointment and with a little bit of notice we will always try to help you out with this. To help manage our appointments, to be fair to our team and other client bookings, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy:


First and foremost, if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment at the salon please contact us by telephone as soon as possible to cancel/rearrange your appointment. Informing us enables us to free up your appointment for other clients and helps us re-book your appointment for another day/time. 


Notice Period 


If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% charge of the proposed treatment or service is liable to the client.


Missed Appointments and No Shows


Fortunately these are rare as they carry issues not only for the salon but also impact the individual stylist you are seeing. Therefore if you miss your pre-booked appointment completely and offer no prior notification, a 100% charge of the proposed treatment or service is liable to the client.


Covid-19 & Self Isolation


If you need to cancel your appointment due to an enforced period of Covid related self isolation, please inform us as soon as possible. If your cancellation falls less than the 48 hour window and you re-book and attend at a later date, no charge will apply. If your cancellation is not accompanied by a re-booking date and you are unable to provide formal evidence of the request to self isolate you will be liable for one of the above cancellation fees at 50% or 100% depending on the circumstances.
